In our technological world, I still remember starting a new career, staring at the computer in front of me, and thinking, “How do I turn this on?” Now, when I call a business, I can’t seem to turn off artificial intelligence to talk to a real person—the one I actually need to solve the problem. Am I the only one who could use a breather?
For the next month, I’ll be stepping away from posting so my wife and I can tend to some extended family matters. Hopefully, AI won’t lose my luggage again.
