Keeping Up with Technology: SIM Cards, Virtual SIMs, and the Travel Revolution

Living in our world today challenges us to keep up with technology, and we are sometimes sarcastically reminded to “just keep up with the program.” Most of us try. For instance, when traveling with our cell phones outside of the United States, we most likely had to purchase a Subscriber Identity Module—that’s a SIM card—so we could make calls from a foreign country. Now, with virtual SIM cards, purchasing one is no longer necessary when we travel abroad.

Please be patient with us, technology, and don’t make us feel like fools when we confess that we didn’t know.

Be well… be safe… and enjoy THIS day.
